Teide Refractory Solutions attended the Clemson Brick Forum 2022 in South Carolina

It was a great pleasure to meet with our American customers during the Clemson Brick Forum 2022 last September in South Carolina. Enrique Alcalde (International Business Development Manager) attended on our behalf. During his presentation, Enrique spoke about several aspects that are of great interest for the production managers of structural ceramics factories, such as:

Energy savings: With our kiln cars solutions for structural ceramics, sanitary ware and porcelain, it is possible to achieve energy savings of up to 40% compared to traditional high density kiln cars.

Durability: Our kiln cars are designed with qualities of high resistance to thermal shock, mechanical resistance and chemical attack.

Increased productivity and maintenance optimization: By customizing the design of the kiln cars, we can increase productivity by lowering his height without affecting the temperature underneath it. On the other hand, to improve maintenance, we propose designs with the minimum number of different pieces.

If you are thinking of improving these three aspects of your brick, sanitary or porcelain factory, we will help you to achieve it, contact us .
