Shutdowns, drops in production or quality, risk of chain failure, or missed delivery deadlines. Prioritization is based on line criticality and available intervention windows.
Can you manufacture critical spare parts with short lead times? What information do you need?
Yes, if we have 3 photos + 3 key measurements + a drawing if available + temperature. If information is missing, we provide a measurement template for your team to complete on site.
Do you have a standard catalog of bricks or components for chimneys or common areas?
Yes, and we also manufacture custom parts when required.
Can you propose a minimum stock plan to prevent shutdowns?
Yes: we define “A/B/C” (critical, wear, consumption) and set a target stock based on real MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and replenishment lead times.
How do you manage recurring incidents to ensure they don’t happen again?
RCA (root cause analysis) + corrective actions: process, design/materials, installation, and an operation/maintenance checklist.

Yes: review after X cycles/weeks, fine-tuning, and consolidation of parameters.
