Recently, we had the opportunity to carry out the repair of a heat treatment pot furnace (bluing) with temperatures of up to 600°
C.
The scope of our service included the supply of top-quality materials and specialized labor to ensure good results. For this particular repair, we provided standard and machined insulation bricks of T-23 quality, which perfectly adapted to the working conditions required by the client. We used high-quality refractory mortar, MP-160/SET quality, to ensure a durable and robust
bond.
In this project, we faced the challenge of removing the previous furnace lining, which was in very poor condition, performing thorough cleaning and sanitation. Once the area was properly prepared, we skillfully and carefully applied the new lining, thus ensuring an end result of exceptional quality.
Upon completion of the work, we created a general plan for future interventions for this client.
