At TEIDE REFRACTORY SOLUTIONS, continuous improvement is part of our DNA. Our team has recently carried out an internal development project aimed at increasing the mechanical strength of the R-COR-PI-SUPER-N quality, specifically designed for kiln car decks.
This grade is engineered to withstand high friction conditions as well as the constant load that kiln car decks endure both during logistics operations and throughout their service life.
Through multiple tests and technical analyses, adjusting key parameters such as firing temperature and optimizing our formulation, we achieved remarkable results: a minimum 45% increase in compressive strength compared to the values indicated in the technical datasheet, and in some cases exceeding 600 kg/cm².
These improvements translate into greater durability and consequently reduced costs for our customers.
This achievement has been possible thanks to the coordinated effort of our R&D team and our production plant, once again proving our commitment to innovation, technical excellence, and adapting to the most demanding market requir ements.
Quality is not just a promise: it’s a measurable result.
